Master of Education (Rural Leadership and Management)
Bastow offers 20 scholarships for rural and remote school leaders to undertake this postgraduate program offered by Flinders University. The program provides an in-depth consideration of the challenges and opportunities inherent to rural and regional contexts, and focuses on developing significant and substantial knowledge, understanding and expertise for proactive leadership and management.

Talent Management Framework (TMF)
Bastow’s TMF provides a consistent, step-by-step approach to identify, develop and support high potential and performing leaders at all levels.
The TMF supports workforce planning and a systematic approach to talent management that is standardised, transparent and inclusive. It aligns with the existing Performance and Development Plan process and can be used to identify potential candidates for Bastow career stage programs such as Impact, Create and UP.
