Victorian Aspirant Principal Assessment
The Victorian Aspirant Principal Assessment (VAPA) is designed to assist aspiring principals at all levels of the education system to prepare for their desired career. Using an evidence-based approach, VAPA helps participants assess their current readiness for the principal role and identify future professional development needs.
