Over 1 day, school leaders will explore common responses to conflict, how to manage challenging responses and strategies to avoid conflict escalation.

Assistant Principal Mentoring
Over 6 months participants will have access to 8 hours of mentoring.

Tapping into the experience of highly-skilled, retired principal mentors, participants will enhance their leadership by leveraging the experiences of their mentor to articulate how to tackle problems of practice and advance school objectives.

Mentoring sessions are flexible and delivered to suit participants’ needs.
