Academy Leadership Excellence Framework
The Academy has recently published a new evidence-based framework that sets out the practices, capabilities and dispositions required for excellence at all levels of school leadership. The Framework will inform professional learning program design at the Academy. Developed over several years, and in consultation with Distinguished Professor Emeritus Viviane Robinson, the Academy Leadership Excellence Framework (ALEF) empowers teachers and school leaders to make wise decisions about what is best for their students.
