Coaching with Confidence
Use coaching methodologies to build capability and capacity to support school improvement initiatives.
Designed for principals, assistant principals and others in formal leadership roles, Coaching with Confidence develops ability to coach others in one-on-one sessions and guide best practice in teaching and leadership, learning and operational activities.

Leadership Coaching
Strengthen leadership capability and reach greater levels of performance.
Leadership Coaching provides on-demand professional coaching to principals, assistant principals and executive class principals with an opportunity for short-term focused support to move forward on a strategic priority, specific topic or challenge, and will assist in problem solving aspects of the role through a proven framework.

Principal Mentoring
Enhance leadership capability with support from a highly skilled, retired principal with first-hand experience and an understanding of the exciting, unique and challenging aspects of the principal role.
Access to 12 hours of mentoring will be provided over 9 months in which there will be the opportunity to reflect on current leadership practice, explore new responsibilities and view feedback as an integral part of improving performance.

Data Literacy
Learn ways to validate school data sets and key themes to make informed and strategic decisions with the one-day Data Literacy for School Leaders workshop.
Small to medium schools may participate in teams of 2 or 3, and large or multi-campus schools in teams of up to 5.
Classroom teachers may attend alongside their principal.
Multiple intakes from August to November.
