Leading through Conflict
Designed for principals looking to extend their skills to confidently manage complex conflicts, this two-day online course will deepen your understanding of conflict management theory and practice, develop your negotiation skills and explore decision-making paradigms.
Developed in partnership with the Dispute Settlement Centre Victoria, there are multiple intakes available from March to June.

Navigating Conflict
Designed for school staff at all levels who are looking to improve their ability to proactively deal with conflict and challenging behaviors, this one-day online course focuses on the mechanisms at play and provides you with strategies to avoid conflict escalation and support positive outcomes.

Focus on: Leadership and Wellbeing
Explore what makes a great leader in education, learn about best practice in health and wellbeing, and identify key areas for growth and development with this online course for assistant principals.

Leading Pedagogy
Learn to build an effective and sustainable whole-school approach to teaching practice using the Department’s Victorian Teaching and Learning Model, with a focus on the Pedagogical Model.
Designed for school teams who want to develop a whole-school approach to leading and managing pedagogical practice.

Harvard Data Wise Australia
Learn to lead collaborative analysis of a wide range of data sources using the 8-step Data Wise Improvement Process. Facilitated by staff from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, this program will support school teams to improve teaching and learning through evidence-based analysis.

Principals can receive focused and individual support from a professional executive coach to assist with a strategic priority, specific topic, or challenge. The on demand coaching allows principals to manage when and how the support is accessed.

Collaborating with Data
Engage learners, teachers and leaders in reflection and data-wise decision-making with Collaborating with Data. Developed and facilitated by Lyn Sharratt and based on the book “Clarity: What matters most in learning, teaching and leading”, these online workshops will teach principals and assistant principals to increase student achievement and growth in an ongoing, sustainable way.
