It’s back and you’re invited!

The Country Education Partnership’s (CEP) biennial Rural Learning Summit will be held on August 30 in Creswick,  exploring the growing challenge of recruiting and retaining quality educators, and education leaders, in rural and remote education communities.

The Summit will bring together a range of people from country communities, universities, local government, education sectors and state government, exploring the many difficulties associated with recruiting and retaining quality staff in country schools.

Participants will focus on identifying and exploring key concepts that could be established to better support rural and remote communities across this issue.

Attendance at the summit will be capped at 70 people, allowing for an intimate and comprehensive group discussion, with input from researchers, interstate education jurisdictions, related industry sectors, such as health, and current rural and remote educators.

People interested in attending the CEP Rural Learning Summit are urged to promptly email expressions of interest to the Country Education Partnership at admin@cep.org.au
