Professional development opportunities aimed at improving school strategic management and creating global citizenship among students is on offer through Bastow Institute of Educational Leadership. 

 

 

Designed for principals and business managers, the Strategic Management course will help school leaders to lift organisational performance and improve leadership and decision making. The learning will also cover effectively managing risk, using data and making well-informed and intentional resourcing decisions, to enhance the delivery and impact of a school’s strategic plan.

Meanwhile, the Building Global Citizenship course will develop principals’ understanding of effective global engagement and how it translates to schools’ curriculums and practices.
