The eKids framework was developed in 2007 by the Country Education Project Inc to encourage and support the use of digital learning approaches within rural communities.

It focuses on building the capacity of rural school communities in using digital learning approaches that enhance quality learning through professional development, and supporting specific initiatives.

There are two key components of the eKids Framework including:
1. Digital Learning Forums
2. Specific Digital Learning Initiatives

eKids Science

eKids science was developed by CEP to support rural schools in developing and providing science programs within a digital learning approach.
