Tyrrell College’s Agriculture Program recognised nationally
Tyrrell College wins national award in recognition for the great work it is doing in partnership with local businesses and their community. The College was named the 2011 NAB Schools First National Impact Award Winner in November 2011 and as a result received a cheque for $500,000.00.

Werrimull Student Realises his Dreams
Corey Kirkham from Werrimull in the far north west of Victoria (population of 140 and a school enrolment of 60) is one of nine lucky Australian young people to be invited to undertake his Year 11 and 12 studies within the United World Colleges in New Mexico, USA.

In excess of 70 rural new graduates were involved in a fantastic professional development forum with world renowned educator, Stephen Heppell, and representatives from Apple Australia exploring ways in which we can engage young people in learning into the future.

City Kids Experience Rural Life
Providing a range of fantastic rural experiences for city young people was central to a partnership developed between three rural schools and five city schools.
