How to join CEP website

What you will need to join CEP

  1. An email address
  2. Access to your email (your username and password)

How to create your account

  1. Go to http://cep.org.au/register (opens in a new window or tab)
  2. Enter your details – including username, password, email, etc (Username must be lower case and all one word)
  3. Tell us a little bit about yourself by filling in the information on the right hand side of the page.
  4. Fill out the human verification, which might be a CAPTCHA, pick the cats, or a plain text question (this is used to determine whether you are a human or a robot, and helps stop spam)
  5. Click “Complete Sign up”
  6. You will be notified that you have been allocated an Avatar (you can change this if you wish by adding a photo of your choice from your files on your hard drive).
  7. Your registration has now been sent. For security reasons you will receive an email to activate your membership of the CEP community.
  8. Once you receive this email from CEP, open it. (check your Spam or Junk mail if it is not there as your server may identify it as Spam).
  9. Once open you will be asked to activate your account by clicking on the appropriate link.
  10. You are now an active member of the CEP community. You will now receive an email confirming your account is set up and reminding you of your username. It will also give you a link to the CEP website
  11. To join a group, you will be invited by CEP through an email – follow the directions provided in the invite to join groups.
